Who owns the photos and video?

Becoming an Aerial.Live customer grants you a license to use all provided media for commercial purposes, but not to resell the content.

How long will it take me to get my order from start to finish?

Our turnaround can be as fast as 24 hours, though weather may delay up to a few days.

What does the money-back guarantee entail?

Just reach out to one of our representatives and we'll refund your latest purchase if you aren't satisfied with the results.

Why is the cost of capturing so cheap?

Do you guys just do real estate and construction photography?

We have a third category which is a little more general, called “inspection”. This covers capturing a snapshot of everything from roofs to roads.

How do I schedule the time the photos are taken?

In order to keep prices low, we do not offer options to specify timing.

Will I be able to download my photos forever?

Only diamonds are forever.

Where is Aerial.Live available?

Throughout select cities in CA, AZ, NV, TX, CO. We'll be launching nationwide in the coming months.

How can I become an drone pilot for you guys?

Can I know when the pilot is coming so that I can watch them?

Our insurance only covers the pilot on site so we ask you refrain from participating in the drone operation. This is primarily for everyone’s safety.

Is this legal?

Yes. We only hire Part 107 FAA certified pilots.

What resolution are the photos/video?

Video is captured in 1080p and photos are 4000x3000 pixels.
